 Jim and Dennis have very different beliefs. Jim upholds the America way and has patriotism coursing through his veins. Dennis believes that Karl Marks created the perfect form of society within communism.

 Dennis's radical opinions attracts the attention of Druten, the Russian president. Druten wants Dennis by his side when he takes over the world. Through many daring and dangerous adventures Jim, Dennis, Druten, and Challenger discover a weapon that will allow Druten to rule forever.

 Armed with this weapon, Druten destroys the United States. With the combined power of an expanded Russian and American nuclear arsenal he plunges the world into a nuclear winter.

 Once the nuclear winter subsides Druten repopulates the world with his brainwashed subjects. Only Jim and a band of rebels can save what little world is left.
